Final Stages of Planning

Often in the last few weeks before an event, it can be quite stressful and there may be last minute details or issues that need addressing. We can support you with this by coordinating suppliers, creating a comprehensive schedule for your day, collecting any items you may have hired, and basically being there for you in the final stages of your planning so that you can relax and enjoy the build up to your event.

Planning meetings - days, evenings or just an hour or two

Discussing your plans and ideas with you, and providing you with inspiration, and support with organisation including timelines.

Venue and Supplier Search

Sourcing a venue and / or suppliers for you, and conducting contract and price negotiations. We will visit the sites and suppliers to ensure they meet your requirements.

Venue Dressing

We can decorate your venue for you, using products you have sourced yourselves, or we can supply and dress your venue using products sourced by ourselves, through our preferred suppliers.
