On the Day Co-ordination

We will meet with you a few weeks ahead of your event to understand your plan and to confirm everything with you and your suppliers. We will work with you to produce a comprehensive schedule for your event, and we will send this to all suppliers involved in your event, at least two weeks in advance. We will then co-ordinate all of your suppliers on the day to ensure everything remains perfect for you, and any issues are dealt with by ourselves behind the scenes.
